1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using JobLedger, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
JobLedger is an operations and billing management application for clients, projects, estimates, daily logs, materials, charges, invoices, and invoice email sending.
3. Accounts and Access
JobLedger is for authorized users only. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for activity that occurs under their accounts.
4. Customer and Business Data
Users are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of client, project, billing, invoice, estimate, daily log, material, charge, supplier, and other business data entered into JobLedger.
5. Gmail Integration
Gmail connection is optional. When a user connects Gmail, the user authorizes JobLedger to send invoice emails through the connected Gmail account using the Gmail send-only permission.
JobLedger does not provide Gmail inbox management. Users are responsible for reviewing recipients, subject, body, invoice PDF, and email content before sending an invoice email.
6. Invoices and Estimates
JobLedger helps prepare business documents such as invoices and estimates. Users are responsible for reviewing all document details and confirming accuracy before sending or relying on those documents.
7. Acceptable Use
Users may not use JobLedger for unlawful activity, abuse, unauthorized access, attempts to interfere with the service, or activity that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
8. Third-Party Services
JobLedger may use third-party service providers to operate, host, secure, authenticate users, deliver application functionality, and support integrations. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to JobLedger.
9. Disclaimers
JobLedger is provided as-is and as available to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that every document will be suitable for every business, tax, accounting, or legal purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, JobLedger and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
11. Termination
Access to JobLedger may be suspended or terminated if a user is no longer authorized, violates these terms, or if continued access would create operational, legal, or security risk.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
